How We Fulfil Orders

PawPipie partners with trusted fulfilment providers to deliver your order directly to your door. When you place an order, it is sent to our fulfilment partner who picks, packs, and ships it on our behalf. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality products without holding inventory — so we can focus on finding the best products for anxious dogs rather than managing warehouses.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and local postal conditions outside our control.

US orders: Where products are available from our US-based fulfillment warehouses, orders may arrive faster — typically within 3–5 business days.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all US orders.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pawpipie.com.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PawPipie ships from fulfilment centres within and outside the United States depending on product availability. For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. PawPipie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@pawpipie.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@pawpipie.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and resolve the issue through either a replacement shipment or full refund.
